Hi and welcome to the Scaling Done Right podcast. This podcast is going to be about Scrum — more specifically about scaling Scrum. Scaling means that you have more than a couple of Scrum teams, you still need them to work together well, and maybe most interestingly, it’s about business agility and how to achieve it.

We — that is me, Gereon Hermkes, and Luis Cantilla — have written a book on this very topic, and not surprisingly, it’s called Scaling Done Right, with the subtitle How to Achieve Business Agility with Scrum at Scale and Make the Competition Irrelevant.

That is exactly what we’re going to do in this podcast. We are going to talk about these topics, and it’s going to be a limited podcast of about a dozen episodes. So if you’re interested in scaling Scrum, if you just want to find out more about Scrum at Scale, this is the place to be.
