As author of the book "Scaling Done Right – How to Achieve Business Agility with Scrum@Scale and Make the Competition Irrelevant", about which the inventor of Scrum and Scrum@Scale, Dr. Jeff Sutherland, has said that it belongs on the bookshelf of every agile leader, he advises internationally successful companies on how to significantly improve their competitiveness.

Gereon is a trainer for Scrum and Scrum@Scale under Dr. Jeff Sutherland as well as for Kanban University and regularly teaches in master programs of leading universities. On social media, he frequently posts on the topics of personal growth, leadership, entrepreneurship and agility. 

Gereon grew up in Berlin and studied business administration in Berlin and Grenoble.
